Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the iDoRecruit website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

iDoRecruit is a workforce placement service that connects job seekers — including people re-entering the workforce — with employers, and provides case-management support. Services for job seekers are provided at no cost and are supported by workforce and grant funding. We help with job matching, resume building, and placement support; we do not guarantee employment, and employers make their own hiring decisions.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Service to harass, discriminate against, or harm others.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its security features.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You retain ownership of the information and documents you submit. By submitting them, you grant iDoRecruit permission to use them to provide the Service — including matching you with employers, building your resume, supporting your case management, and reporting required data to funding programs, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Employers agree to use candidate information only for legitimate hiring purposes, to comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws, and not to share candidate information with unauthorized third parties.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in employment or hiring.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDoRecruit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
