iDoRecruit is a nonprofit workforce organization based in Tucson, Arizona. We connect veterans and people returning from incarceration with real jobs — and we stay with them and their employers to make those jobs last.
Our Story
Built on a simple belief
A person's hardest chapter should not decide the rest of their story. Too many capable people — veterans, those preparing for release, and men and women newly home — are ready and willing to work but shut out before they ever get a fair shot.
iDoRecruit was founded to close that gap. We prepare candidates, match them with employers who are open to second-chance hiring, and back every placement with a coach and structured 30/60/90-day support. Employers get job-ready people without taking on the risk alone. Candidates get a real job — and someone in their corner.
We operate as a mission-driven nonprofit, funded through workforce programs and the generosity of donors and partners who believe in this work.

Most of the people we serve come to us through trusted community partners. We work hand-in-hand with shelters, recovery communities, and supervision programs across Arizona — and we're always looking to partner with more organizations doing this work.
