iDoRecruit is a nonprofit workforce organization. We put people with barriers to employment — veterans, people who are currently incarcerated and preparing for release, and those newly returning to the community — into real, lasting jobs, backed by the support they need to stay.

Why It Matters
Employment is the #1 predictor of reduced recidivism.
Veterans returning to civilian life, people preparing for release, and those newly home face some of the steepest barriers to employment of anyone in our economy — and without a steady job, the odds of returning to the system climb sharply. A stable paycheck changes that trajectory. When someone is working, they are supporting a family, contributing to their community, and building a future. That is where we focus.

We prepare people to succeed
Every candidate completes intake, verification, and a skills check — and we build their resume for free — before they ever reach an employer.
We stand behind every hire
Each placement comes with a dedicated coach who checks in, solves problems, and keeps people on the job. An employer never manages a new hire alone.
We stay for the long haul
We follow up at 30, 60, and 90 days to keep placements on track — because a job that lasts is what actually changes a life.
We remove the risk for employers
Funded through workforce programs, our services are free to employers, so a business can say yes to a second-chance hire without taking on the risk alone.
